Moving In and Moving Up at Dataconversion Direct - Below the line advertising growth driving expansion

Due to the firm's continued success Dataconversion Direct, Ireland's leading direct marketing communications supplier, has just completed the first phase of a major expansion and restructuring. This phase of the expansion has seen several key role changes within the organisation and a couple of new faces coming on board.

Tara Byrne has moved into the position of Managing Director.  Tara has been a member of the team for 10 years and has managed many of the company's major clients.  Raymond O'Kelly remains on as Chairman.  Fergal Nestor, has been promoted to the newly created Head of Client Services role and Ronan O'Sullivan has become the Head of Sales for the expanded sales team. As Head of Client Services, Fergal will lead a team of dedicated Account Managers, allowing Dataconversion Direct to further build on their strong tradition of client service and long term customer retention.

"As more and more direct communications channels emerge and below the line campaigns become more intricate the levels of care and advice required by the client greatly increase. This restructuring positions us perfectly to anticipate and adapt to the changing needs of the client and to provide them with the heightened levels of care and attention that the new media landscape demands." 

The restructuring, has also seen several new recruits join the Dataconversion team. Vincent Snel has stepped in to the role of Sales Support Manager, Suzanne Webb has joined the client services team as Account Manager and Alan Fagan has been appointed Marketing Executive.

According to Tara, "The increasingly steady migration of marketing budget Euros below the line, has led to a sizeable increase in business for the firm. The expansion of our sales, marketing and client services teams, will allow Dataconversion Direct to meet these new levels of demand, with the same levels of client care and attentiveness that our clients have always applauded us for." And the expansion doesn't stop there. 

The next phase of the restructuring will see Dataconversion Direct increase their client service capabilities further, with the company recruiting another senior account manager and an account executive.
